你在工作時可以用Facebook嗎？香港的企業，除了大型機構「管制」比較「完善」外，相信大部份中小企業也沒有設置太多限制，但在外國限制員工在工作時間利用電腦和網絡使用作個人用途，早有較大限制，例如英國有三分之二的企業不准員工在工作時間使用社會網絡應用。但近年也有學者研究指社會網絡未必不好，從管理學角度這究竟是好是壞？[......]
